Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges and returns are allowed within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order for all orders except those purchased on sale items that have been customised, earrings and edibles. The exchanged item/s need to be in their original packing and be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment. The cost of the return courier will be covered by Adele Catherine.
Step One – email email@example.com to notify Adele Catherine of the reason for you return or exchange within 7 days of receipting your order. Please include images if the product has been damaged in any way. We will confirm how and when we will collect the product/s to be returned and whether the item will be exchanged or refunded.
Step Two – repackage your item/s in the original packing and ensure there is sufficient packing to prevent damage. Items that are returned with insufficient packing will not be accepted.
Step Three – follow the instructions for collection by the courier appointed by Adele Catherine.
Step Four – Adele Catherine will receipt the return, inspect the product/s and notify you of receipt and process the refund / exchange provided the above requirements are met.
Items shipped internationally can not be returned or exchanged.
