Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges and returns are allowed within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order for all orders except those purchased on sale items that have been customised, earrings and edibles. The exchanged item/s need to be in their original packing and be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment.
Step One – email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify Adele Catherine of the reason for you return or exchange within 7 days of receipting your order. Please include images if the product has been damaged in any way. We will get back to you on where to ship your item and what options are availabe to you – exchange or refund.
Step Two – repackage your item/s in the original packing and ensure there is sufficent packing to prevent damage. Items that are returned with insufficent packing will not be accepted.
Step Three – email your tracking number to email@example.com
Step Four – Adele Catherine will receipt the return, inspect the product/s and notifiy you of receipt and process the refund / exchange provided the order has been returned in good order.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Adele Catherine will bear the cost of return shipping if the product has been damaged in transit or there is any fault on their part.The customer bears the cost of the return shipping fee if the product is being returned for any other reason.
Items shipped internationally can not be returned or exchanged.
